Our products are built around all of the popular American paper sizes.These sizes are the dimensions of the cover size when it's opened.

To simplify the ordering process we’ve “lettered” these sizes:

• Size A - (17-1/2” by 14-1/2” tall)
• Size B - (17-1/2” by 11-1/2” tall)
• Size C - (11-1/2” by 14-1/2” tall)
• Size D - (11-1/2” by 9” tall)
• Size E - (9” by 11-1/2” tall)
• Size S - (19-1/2” by 13” tall)

NOTE: Folded inserts should be specified using the flat (open) and folded (closed) dimensions. Custom sizes are available for an additional design and production fee.
